Lately, I’ve been feeling... different. And I can’t be the only one. I was informed about the April Theory. Essentially, April brings the flow of new, good things, is fueled by Aries energy, and is at the beginning of the astrological year.

Phase 2: Excessive Daytime Sleepiness
I’m not much of a napper, but the small waves of fatigue were faint until they hit me all at once.
These symptoms of fatigue started at the tail end of March. I knew my monthly blood was around the corner because Ms. Flo is rather consistent month-to-month, but something about it felt different.
My symptoms of fatigue start with Flo’s arrival, never prematurely. And what I was feeling was more than fatigue, but borderline narcolepsy.
